Briefs…

Photo submitted to Times Observer The Allegheny Center for the Arts was out for Adopt-A-Highway on May 12th, along Route 6. Pictured are Corey Gordon, Lou Cable, Marie Costello, John Shaughnesy, and Mark Davis. Karen Davis was behind the camera. The group would like to encourage other groups to get together and do the same. There are plenty of sites still to be adopted. Our board wanted to take this project in tow to help keep our County a wonder to behold. Through our photo contest there are many photographers trying to capture our beautiful county. With six people out there we only needed about an hour and a half to clean up our area. The group gathered 10 bags.
