Feb. 10: Warren County Spelling Bee, 9 a.m., Beaty Warren Middle School

Feb. 13, 27; March 6, 13, 20, 27; April 3, 10, 17, 24: Toddler Time, Mondays, 10:30 a.m., Warren Public Library Children’s Department. Geared for ages 1-4, but all are welcome. Theme-based stories, songs, craft and creative play. Preregistration not required.

Feb. 15: Robert H. Jackson Day, Celebrating Jackson’s 125th Birthday, reception 5-6:30 p.m. Crary Art Gallery, program, “Jackson’s Cobham Castle: Fact or Fiction,” to follow at courthouse, RSVP at roberthjackson.org.

Feb. 18: A Pigeon, A Knuffle Bunny and Some Pizza: 12-1:30 p.m., 3rd floor, Warren Public Library. Author Mo Willem’s Pigeon, Knuffle Bunny and Trixie characters will be brought to life via the reading of stories, a few short movies, and coloring pages. Audience will also enjoy pizza and a few door prizes. Preregistration appreciated. Registration form located next to staff computer in Children’s room, or leave a message at 723-4650. This PA Forward program is offered in honor of the Knuffle Bunny play at the Library Theatre the following weekend.

Feb. 23, 24, 25: Warren Players’ Knuffle Bunny, A Cautionary Tale, Struthers Library Theatre, 7 p.m.

Feb. 26: Warren Players’ Knuffle Bunny, A Cautionary Tale, Struthers Library Theatre, 2 p.m.

March 9: Warren Garden Club Board Meeting- Warren Public Library-10:15 a.m.

March 12, 2017: Warren Philharmonic Concert at Holy Redeemer Roman Catholic Church, 4 p.m.

March 16: Warren Garden Club Meeting and Luncheon St. Joseph Catholic Church, 600 Pennsylvania West, Warren, noon. Note new location and time.

March 18, 2017: Warren Concert Association presents the Karkowska Sisters Duo, a musical partnership of sisters, violin, and piano.  Concert will begin at 7:30 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church, Market at Third, Warren.  Call 814.723.6505 or email warrenconcertassociation@gmail.com for more details.

April 7: Warren Woman’s Club Annual Useable Discards Sale,  9 am to 3 pm, 310 Market Street ballroom.

April 22, 2017: Warren Concert Association presents the Hadar Noiberg Trio, an international ensemble of flute, double bass, and drums with American Jazz and Blues, Middle Eastern sounds, and African music.  An orchestra of sounds comes from on-stage recording and playback.  Call 814.723.6505 or email warrenconcertassociation@gmail.com for more details.
