Briefs…

Photo submitted to Times Observer Zach Robertson reads Knuffle Bunny: a Cautionary Tale by Mo Willems to children during the Warren Public Library’s A Pigeon, A Knuffle Bunny and Some Pizza program. Children and their families enjoyed several stories about Mo Willem’s beloved Pigeon, Trixie and Knuffle Bunny characters. There was also pizza and coloring sheets for all and some lucky children won door prizes. This program was offered in honor of the Knuffle Bunny play, which will be presented by the Warren Players at the Struthers Library Theatre at 7 p.m. February 23-25, and at 2 p.m. on February 26. Mr. Robertson plays the role of Knuffle Bunny in this whimsical production, which only lasts an hour, just the right fit for younger children. Contact the Struthers Library Theatre with any questions.
