Whodunit

Spring has sprung, and peril has come as “Death Stalks the Historical Society Once Again!” The original 3MMM Productions murder mystery headlines on Saturday, April 9, at the Holiday Inn of Warren, 210 Ludlow Street.

Featuring humor, thrills, and intrigue, this murder mystery is certain to captivate audiences as the evening unfolds. The night begins innocently enough with live Celtic harp music by Ellen Paquette and cocktails from the cash bar. Dinner follows as nefarious characters emerge. Be on the lookout for catastrophe as doom awaits an unsuspecting guest. Keep your eyes and ears on high alert as you never know who is going to meet his or her demise. Look for clues, search for evidence, and interrogate the suspects. Who might it be? It couldn’t possibly be a grudge-holding historical society employee, could it? Maybe it’s a musician who has the motive? Or perhaps the videographer has something up his sleeve? The eccentric range of suspects in the crowd will keep you amused and guessing. Mystery abounds as an evening full of questions, suspense, laughter, and answers await.

A “take a chance” auction and 50/50 raffle round out the evening. The auction prizes include items donated by various businesses and individuals as fundraisers for the Warren County Historical Society. Sponsors include Ace Hardware, Allegheny Floral, Allegheny Outfitters, Art on the Avenue, Carol Barnickel, Pat Evans, Debbie Fitzsimmons, Michelle Gray, Howe’s True Value, Jack’s Tap House, Keith Oviatt, Ribs & Bones, Stephanie Scutella, United Refining Company, and Valley Bowling Center.

Tickets are $30 and include dinner and non-alcoholic beverages. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. The delicious Italian buffet dinner will begin at 6 p.m. Mystery and fun run throughout the evening. All proceeds benefit the Warren County Historical Society. Tickets may be purchased at the Warren County Historical Society located at 210 Fourth Avenue, Warren, or online at www.warrenhistory.org.
