Warren County dog kennel inspections

The following Warren County dog kennels were inspected by Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture Dog Law Enforcement officials between July 12 and Oct. 16, 2017.

¯ Angove’s Farm Boarding Kennel, 1057 Akeley Road, Russell, July 19, in compliance with all provisions.

¯ Brandi Pooh’s House of Poms, 783 Oil Creek Road, Spring Creek, Aug. 9, in compliance with all provisions.

¯ Miles of Dachshunds, 193 Oil Creek Road, Spring Creek, July 25, in compliance with all provisions.

¯ New Hope Assistance Dogs, 3 Scott Run Road, Warren, Sept. 27, three warnings issued, owner directed to correct problems: rust on bottom of the inside kennel pens — fix or replace all areas where there is rust; divider panels being chewed by the dogs — fix or replace all dividers that dogs may come in contact with; inside kennel temperature 88.4 degrees — install and run fans to cool down kennel area.

¯ Pampered Pets Boarding Kennel, 3876 Follett Run Road, Warren, July 19, in compliance with all provisions.

¯ Paws Along the River Humane Society, 212 Elm St., Warren, July 24, in compliance with all provisions.

¯ Sadie Creek Boarding Kennel, 8551 Route 957, Sugar Grove, July 25, in compliance with all provisions.

¯ Sanibel Kennels, 1734 Samuelson Road, Youngsville, July 19, in compliance with all provisions.

According to Department of Agriculture reporting, there were eight active kennels in Warren County as of Oct. 16.
