Sheffield grad Elizabeth Peterson joining practice of Spangler and Moore
Drs. James Spangler and Jeffrey Moore are introducing Dr. Elizabeth Peterson as the newest member of their professional team.
The daughter of Jack and Gloria Werner, Dr. Peterson grew up locally in Sheffield and graduated from Sheffield Area Middle Senior High School in 2000. She received a B.S. in Biology from Lycoming College in Williamsport, PA and an O.D. Degree from Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University in Philadelphia, PA in 2007. Dr. Peterson is nationally certified for the treatment and management of ocular disease and focuses on patient care and education. With ten years of experience, Dr. Peterson has special interest in treating ocular disease and fitting contact lenses; she also has experience in pediatric eye care.
Dr. Peterson and her husband, Joe (also a Sheffield alumni), are happy to have found an opportunity to bring their family back “home.” They have four young children: Emma, Levi, Claire, and Grace.
The office of Drs. Spangler, Moore, and Peterson is located at 213 West Third Avenue in Warren. In operation since 1980, they are pleased to offer patients the latest in full-scope primary optometric vision care. Services include functional vision and eye health assessments for patients from infancy to senior citizens.
They also offer a full dispensary with quality eyeglass services and have several thousand contact lenses in stock for contact lens fitting and dispensing. They accept most vision and medical insurance plans.
