Austin named president of Targeted Pet Treats

Targeted Pet Treats has a new company president.

Gregory Austin, who had been serving as General Manager of TPT, has been promoted to president, according to a press release received by the Times Observer on Tuesday.

“Targeted Pet Treats, LLC is thrilled to announce the promotion of Gregory Austin from general manager to president, effective January 1, 2017,” the release stated. “In his new role, Greg will be responsible for the development and delivery of the Targeted Pet Treats (TPT) strategic plan and all aspects of organizational operations, including Human Resources, Sales, Operations, QA, R&D, and Finance.”

“Since joining the company in June of 2016, Greg has distinguished himself as an innovative leader, transforming the entire TPT operation and finalizing its migration to a world class center of excellence,” the release continued. “This transformation included a $6 million capital expansion plan and growth of the company’s workforce to include nearly 500 full-time employees.”

“Greg is the perfect person to lead this talented team,” said Rhonda Haverlack, outgoing President of Targeted Pet Treats. “I have marveled at his ability to connect with team members at all levels of the organization, all while driving superb results.”
