Blood drive

January is National Blood Donor Month and Community Blood Bank is hoping to get more people involved while thanking those who are already on board.

“We are so thankful for our loyal donor base,” Community Relations Specialists Jaclyn Seymour said. “But we would love to see new faces at our blood drives. One blood donation can save up to three lives.”

“As the Community Blood Bank’s way of saying thank you to our loyal donors, we are doubling the points earned when you donate blood,” Seymour said. “Those points can be cashed in for gift cards and CBB merchandise to show off your blood donor pride.”

There will be a blood drive from noon to 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 15, at Holy Redeemer Center in Warren.
