Warren

Cited. According to City of Warren Police, Daniel Ishman, 33, Warren, was cited for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct after a fight was witnessed by a police officer while he was patrolling on November 12.

Harassment. According to City of Warren Police, Christopher Fletcher, 34, Warren was cited for harassment after police responded to a domestic dispute on November 13.

DUI. According to City of Warren Police, Joseph Sheats, 31, Warren, was charged with DUI, DUI-refusal, obedience to traffic control devices, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct following a traffic stop on November 14. He was placed in the Warren CountyJail on an emergency commitment.

Harassment. According to City of Warren Police, A 13-year-old juvenile was cited for harassment on November 16 following a report of repeated harassment of a 12-year-old victim

Erie Co.

Crash. Corry-based state police responded to a one-vehicle crash on Concord Rd. west of Hungry Run Rd. on Nov. 17 at 1:31 p.m. A 2013 Ford Escape, driven by Michael J. Hampsey, 71, Warren, was traveling west on Concord Rd. before traveling off the north side of the roadway, striking a culvert and hitting an embankment. The vehicle was towed from the scene. Police said both Hampsey and a passenger, 61-year-old Patricia A. Longmore, Spartansburg, were transported to Corry Memorial Hospital for suspected minor injuries. Police said Hampsey was cited for roadways laned for traffic and a seat belt violation. Police were assisted on scene by Union City Ambulance.

Forest Co.

Simple Assault. According to Pennsylvania State Police, Sandal Edward Badger, 70, of Sheffield was charged with simple assault following an investigation into an incident that occured on November 13. Police say Badger struck a known 22 year old male, Knox, in the back with a cane and caused an injury.
