Oct. 25: 6:30 p.m., New York Spirits, Warren Public Library, teens and adults. Cris Johnson shares legends of the New York spirit world, stories about real haunted New York homes and places plus exhibits of ghostly artifacts. Spooky events may occur. Oct. 31: 5:30 – 8:00 p.m., Read and Treat, Warren Public Library. Treats for the mind as well as the sweet tooth. Stop by the Children’s Department to get some candy and choose a book to keep. This program is in conjunction with Free books for Kids Town.
Nov. 2: 11 a.m.-noon, Audubon Community Nature Center First Friday Lunch Bunch: Piper Van Ord presents “Allegheny National Forest Adventures” followed by BYO brown bag lunch. Audubon provides coffee and tea. $8, $6 for members. No reservations required.
